Dho Dey is the Pakistan's first complete online laundry delivery service provider currently only in Karachi.

In 4 simple steps.
1. You place the order from the app, messaging services or calling us.
2. We pick up your order from your preferred place and time. We use color coded bags for different services such as Wash & Iron, Wash & Fold or Iron Only.
3. We process your order.
4. We deliver your order back at your preferred place and time.

Just have your clothes ready. We will bring Dho Dey bags to place your loose clothes in. If you have them in a bag yourself this is also fine. Enter any special care instructions in the laundry bag so that we may cater to your needs

All services have a standard turnaround time of 3 working days.

We will do our utmost to follow your instructions and item’s care label, but we do not assume any responsibility.

By default, our partnered laundromats are trained to carefully read each item’s care instructions and decide whether it can be wash or dry cleaned, and the laundromat will choose the best option for your item.

Not necessarily. You can leave your bag of laundry outside your home by the door. You can also leave your items with your doorman. Most of our customers are comfortable with laundry left at their doorstep

We cannot promise all stains will be removed, but we do promise we will do our best. Let us know at the time of pickup which items have stains you would like us to pay attention to.

We cannot process any articles containing hazardous materials or that have been soiled in blood.Our team will inform you as soon as possible of any item that cannot be cleaned and we will return it hung or folded, but uncleaned. If Dho Dey receives and can process any of these items, they will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and standard turnaround times do not apply.

Currently we work on Cash and online bank transfer only; you can pay at drop off and you can also load/top up your Dho Dey Batwa for future use.
